1. Order Processing Time
 All standard orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
 Prescription glasses and custom eyewear may require an additional 2 to 4 business days for accurate lens fitting and quality check before dispatch.
 You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
 Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.
 Express Delivery: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days (available for select major cities).
 Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method. (Free shipping may apply on promotional orders above a certain amount).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
 We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan.
 Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and correct complete address to avoid shipping delays or order cancellations.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email/SMS containing your order tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damaged item at support@novaoptics.online. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
